An ancient Chinese proverb says “An invisible red thread connects those destined to meet despite the time, the place, and despite the circumstances. The thread can be tightened or tangled, but will never be broken.”
Chinese Proverbs
With money you can buy a house, but not a home.
With money you can buy a clock, but not time.
With money you can buy a bed, but not sleep.
With money you can buy a book, but not knowledge.
With money you can buy a doctor, but not good health.
With money you can buy a position, but not respect.
With money you can buy blood, but not life.
With money you can buy sex, but not love.

I get a phonecall from my cousin Phuong telling me his car broke down, and he was down the street. He asked me if I could jump start his car, I walk outside while staring at my phone, and as I look up to put the key in the car door, I see a giant “HAPPY B-DAY” written across my window, I screamed out “wtf”, and called my cousin back, I see all of my cousins jump out of the corner of side house, and surprise my ass. Sorry for the unfocused photos, I was really cold.
